Certain optional analytics and advertising technologies operate according to your privacy preferences and applicable law.

Public Website Chat: When you send a question through the website chat, your message and relevant recent conversation context are submitted to OpenAI through a server connection to generate a response. The public chat is intended to answer questions about InvenPro. It does not retrieve your account records or access your business inventory data.

AI Features for Signed In Customers: When an authorized user asks InvenPro to analyze inventory, check incoming orders, identify shortages, suggest orders or transfers, or generate reports, relevant information from that business account may be processed by OpenAI to fulfill the request. The information supplied depends on the action requested and the functionality being used.

Processing and Retention by OpenAI: OpenAI states that data submitted through its API is not used to train its models by default unless the API customer chooses to participate in data sharing. OpenAI may retain limited content and related records for security and abuse monitoring according to its applicable policies and account settings. Service Providers: We use providers for website and application hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, technical support, email delivery, AI processing, analytics, advertising, and related business operations. Providers may receive the information necessary to perform those services, subject to their agreements and applicable policies.

Advertising and Measurement: When optional advertising technologies are enabled, advertising platforms such as Google or Meta may receive identifiers and website activity needed to measure campaigns or display relevant advertising.
